If you are in or near Tignes we offer a click and collect service. Products can be purchased online and picked up from the store at any time during our store opening hours.

You can chose this option for any of the products in stock. Simply select this option at checkout and then come to the store to pick up your purchase.

We deliver to Mainland France, Europe and worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout and vary in relation to products ordered.

We ship up to 6 days a week and aim to get orders out as soon as we possibly can.

Returns

If you require to return an item purchased from our store, contacting our team via phone, email or in store is essential prior to shipping the product(s) back. Return enquires must be completed within 14 days of purchase inside Europe and 21 days outside of Europe.

All returns must be approved by our team. All our retails stock we sell is in brand new un-used condition*. For a product to be accepted by our team it must be in the same condition as when it left our store. Labels, product information and packaging must be sent back in usable condition so we can re-stock it in our physical shop.

Customers are free to come into our store in Tignes to complete a return, this can be organised with our team in advance or in person if inside the 14 days returns period.

Customers are required to cover the postage costs when returning items, if a return is approved by our team an exchange or refund will be provided.

Refunds provided will equal the value of the product returned excluding any shipping costs. If an item is lost in transit on return we will be unable to issue a refund, in this case you will have to make a claim with the courier company.

If we make a customisation or personalisation to a product we will not be able to issue a refund. Customisations include but are not limited too ski binding mounts or ski drilling.

*Ex-rental equipment will be examined and photographed by our team prior to shipping out from the shop, items will be compared when returned to see if they are acceptable condition for a refund.
